Email a Client lets us whip off a quick email to a Client without making a huge Event or campaign about it.
- Set any Clients you want to be eMailed as Marked.
- Click the Actions button and choose Send eMail.
- Your default Mail application will come to the front with a new eMail message, a standard CRMHaven subject and the Client eMail addresses in the To: fields.
- Click the Send button to send this email to all Marked Clients.
Options
To hide each eMail recipient’s email address from one another you can drag and drop the email addresses from the eMail’s To: field into the BCC: (Blind Carbon Copy) field. This way everyone still gets the eMail but cannot view all the other addresses.
You can still add an eMail Event Action later for the Marked Clients.
