CRMHaven displays your Client data in horizontal rows. This format is not convenient for pasting into emails since the rows will be too wide and the column headers are missing.
Mark any Clients you want to paste into your email. Choose Copy Transposed Client Columns to Clipboard from the Action menu.
The marked clients will be changed from a horizontal to a vertical format with every visible field showing along with its header name. This can be easily pasted into an email or word-processing document since it is usually longer vertically.
Options
- The field header and the field value are separated by a tab character
- To improve the format in your email, paste the clipboard data into a spreadsheet, resize the columns to show all the field headers, bold the field headers then copy and paste the spreadsheet columns into your email. The result will look much more professional.
