While viewing a set of clients it is possible to remove from the view all duplicate values of a given field. This does not affect any values in any fields, but merely removes certain rows from the screen and a refresh will bring them all back into view again. For example this function may be used to find every different country or organisation or city that you have clients in.
- Ensure you have as many clients visible as you want.
- Click the De-Dupe button and choose the visible column you want to de-duplicate on.
- When you let go the view will sort by that column and remove all rows that match the row above, so only unique values are left.

- Choose Refresh to return the latest search set.
