Quick Contact Clients

Marked Quick Contacts

QuickContacts are the clients that are included in your list of contacts when you first launch CRMHaven. QuickContacts are therefore useful to keep as your favourites. They are a subset of your total client database, typically those clients you need regular and fast access to.

Set QuickContact
If you want to set just one Client as a Quick Contact then ensure the QuickContact check box for that Client is checked by clicking on it. If you want to set multiple Clients as QuickContacts then highlight them (using the shift, command and control keys if necessary) and click the Quick button below.

Turn off QuickContact
If you want to turn off just one Client as a Quick Contact then ensure the QuickContact check box for that Client is unchecked by clicking on it. If you want to turn off multiple Clients as QuickContacts then highlight them (using the shift, command and control keys if necessary) and click the unQuick button below.

Turn off All QuickContacts
To clear all QuickContacts immediately, click the Options button and select Clear All Quick Contacts.

Saved to Server
When you set a client as marked or set as a quick contact, those values are saved to the server so if you access them again from another computer the same clients will be set.

You can widen the QuickContact column by dragging the column divider.
