DocHaven Solo – Unlimited Single Users (software only)

DocHaven Solo is the best solution for a single computer, laptop or home use. While it supports an unlimited number of user accounts, only one can login at a time. Great if you want a personal backup solution or need multiple versions of projects on the road. Does not involve any server installations, but can access FTP sites if required. DocHaven Solo is the same software as DocHaven Sharing and can be moved from one connection method to the other.

DocHaven Sharing per User licence (software only)

DocHaven Sharing is ideal for multiple simultaneous private users on a personal LAN, behind a VPN or over the internet. It supports as many users as the number of licences purchased. The DocHaven software can be installed on an unlimited number of computers and requires the installation of one MySQL server and one or more FTP servers. DocHaven Sharing is the same software as DocHaven Solo and can be moved from one connection method to the other.
Go to the Store. Click the 'Add to Cart' button for DocHaven Sharing. Click 'View Cart'. Ensure you enter the desired number of users and enter payment details. Set up as many accounts as per your licence. This licence will not expire.

DocHaven Cloud (software & service)

For worldwide simplicity choose the DocHaven Cloud. The price includes the DocHaven licence for an unlimited number of users (within reason). You do NOT need to purchase a DocHaven Solo or Sharing licence to use DocHaven Cloud. Pricing is based on the total storage space needed for files on the server and there is no limit on the bandwidth of files transferred to and from the Dochaven Cloud (within reason). This licence will expire – it is time-based and must be renewed yearly for the service to continue. The DocHaven Cloud is a shared networking system and hosted on third party servers, so HMS cannot be responsible for any services outside their control. You do not receive a serial number with the DocHaven Cloud since you will be joining an existing system and not have administrator rights. See the FAQ for more details.

DocHaven My Own Cloud (software & service)

When you purchase space on the DocHaven Cloud your data is private so noone else (other than the administrator and your group members) has access to it, but the SQL service is still shared with other accounts. But should you want your own DocHaven Cloud that will be for your own private group use and no other groups, this can be arranged with HMS. Assistance can be given with transferring user accounts, settings and documents on to the new system. Please note that this service must be purchased in conjunction with DocHaven Cloud space as it has no value on its own. This is a once off payment.

Version Upgrades
All Upgrades are free within that version number (e.g. 2.0.0 to 2.9.9, 3.0 to 3.9.9). Current 2.0 paid purchasers are able to upgrade to DocHaven 3.0 for free by contacting HMS. Upgrades to not include space on the DocHaven Cloud.

Expanding Licences
Existing licences or Cloud storage space can be expanded upon at any time for no additional charge other than the cost differential to the higher package. Please inform HMS before purchasing that you wish to aggregate your licence.

Special Offers
Users purchasing DocHaven through special offers must use the method described in the magazine or podcast. Please contact HMS if you have a problem receiving your correct item.

Note that commercial installations of DocHaven Sharing may require the purchase of a MySQL licence. The MySQL licence is not included in the DocHaven purchase price.
