What do I get for my free Account?

DocHaven, CashHaven, CRMHaven, TwitHaven, ScreenHaven and OfficeHaven are free applications that have their data hosted on the HMS servers in the cloud. Registering for a free account once will give you login access to all of the programs. Download and copy them as much as you want. The free account should meet the needs of most people, but note that inactive accounts may be removed.
  • two or more people log into the one free account at the same time and share the services
  • you can store an unlimited number of DocHaven Projects
  • each DocHaven Project must be less than 10 Mbytes after compression (i.e. about 20-50 Mbytes uncompressed)
  • all your DocHaven Projects together (including all versions) must total less than 100 Mbytes
  • you can store up to 1,000 Clients in CRMHaven
  • you can have a maximum balance of $100 in CashHaven
  • you can store (on the cloud) up to the latest 10 screens in ScreenHaven

What do I get if I upgrade my free Account to Pro?

Upgrading your free Account to a Pro Account is a once-only payment.

Upgrades in all Programs
  • you can create new Groups (e.g. keep the default groups for private items and the new group for shared)
  • you can invite other Pro users to join your Group
  • all items in a shared Group can be seen and edited by others in that group
Upgrades in DocHaven
  • each DocHaven Project can be up to 100 Mbytes after compression (i.e. about 200-500 Mbytes uncompressed)
  • you can use the Billing facility
  • you can Export Projects
  • you can Archive Projects
  • you can set up access to your own FTP/FTPS server (contact HMS)
Upgrades in CRMHaven
  • Send SMS messages via 2SMS.com (an account with 2SMS is needed)
Upgrades in CashHaven
  • there is no maximum limit on the balance
  • you can lock accounts so they can check their balances, but not make their own transactions (Sales, Returns or Balances), letting only the administrator make new transactions (contact HMS)
Upgrades in TwitHaven
  • you can choose to receive the messages as an SMS via 2SMS.com (an account with 2SMS is needed)
  • you can choose to receive the messages as an email message
Upgrades in ScreenHaven
  • you can set up a Guest password so you can view the screen of someone else without giving access to all your items
  • you can store (on the cloud) up to the latest 100 screens
  • publish your screens for others to see
  • view the screens of others in your group
  • save any of the screens you are publishing or subscribing to as a JPEG, a set of JPEGs or as a QuickTime movie of the JPEGs
