Server Projects enables you to view the contents of Projects on the server without having to take the Projects out. The Server Project window should all accessible Projects with those already out shown in red.
- Click the Server button on the right side of the DocHaven window.
- Click the folder disclosure icons (triangles on Macintosh, +/- on Windows or Linux) to show or hide the contents.
- Click the Local button to return to viewing the Projects taken out.
- Options
- Double-click a Project file to add its Project ID to the Find window ready to take out.
- Type text into the Drill Down text field above to only show Projects containing files with that text in their names. Remove all Drill Down text to return to normal.
- Right-click the Server window to get additional functions such as expanding and collapsing all Projects, sending messages or setting the font size.
