The most common functions are available from any of the menus, menu Command-keys, the Tool Bar and contextual menus.
Highlight the Project’s files or folders you want to action, then click the relevant Tool Bar button.
Clicking the clear button in the top right hand corner hides or reveals the Tool Bar. When a toolbar item is not available it shows as greyed (e.g. see Print above)
New
- Offers to create a Blank (empty) Project or a new Project based on a pre-existing template.
Add
- Imports a folder of Projects.
Find
- Search for Recent Projects or by defined criteria.
Open
- Launch a document or view a folder in the Operating System.
Reveal
- View the file or folder in the Operating System.
Boomerang
- Puts a copy of the Project away, but keeps it out on your computer.
Put Away
- Puts the Project away and removes the Project from your computer.
Revert
- Places the highlighted Project in the Trash and marked the Project status as IN.
Delete
- Places the highlighted files into the Trash.
- Launches the highlighted files and attempts to Print them.
Inspector
- Opens the Inspector window to get extra information about the Project.
