
When the number of Projects you are working on gets large you may want to examine information about these Projects in various ways. This is where the Reports feature can show you how your Projects interrelate whether they are out or not.
- Click and hold down the ‘Reports’ button on the right side of the DocHaven window.
- Choose the Report from the pop-up list.
- A new Report window will appear showing you the data you requested
- Choose Close Window under the File menu to close the Report window.
Options
- Click the column headers to re-sort the columns or resize them.
- Drag the rows to reorder them. Sorry, but the columns cannot be reordered.
- Copy and paste the highlighted rows into a spreadsheet or word-processor for further enhancing.
- Click the Save As button to save the report as a tab-delimited text file.
- Click the Print button to send the report to the printer.
