Click the ‘Archives’ tab. Archives in OfficeHaven are lists of projects that have been removed. Archives are created for two main reasons: to save drive space by backing up & removing unwanted projects and to reduce the hassle of having to wade through thousands of inactive Projects.
There is no limit to the number of archives that can be created and archives cannot be deleted. Archive records allow you to view which projects have been removed from DocHaven and which archive backup they’re likely to reside in.
The ‘User ID’, ‘Date’ and ‘Project’ items cannot be changed for security reasons as they describe who ran the archive and when.

- Type any additional comments in ‘Notes’.
- To restore a project from an Archive click the ‘Projects’ tab and verify if the project has in fact been archived. If it is truly an archived project, view the project’s Archive ID.
- Choose UnArchive File (or Folder) from the Manage menu.
- Highlight the file (or Folder) and click OK. The selected files will be unzipped and stored back on the FTP Server from highest to lowest (in case there were multiple versions archived). The archive check box will be turned off automatically, but the Archive ID will remain.
