Messages in OfficeHaven are windows that appear on login and about every 30 minutes to inform you of requests. Messages are only shown to members of a designated group. While the message window can be dismissed, the message window will only stop reappearing after the expiry date and time have passed or the message is deleted.
The Message window can contain multiple messages and, if dismissed, can be viewed at any time from the Window menu. There are no limits to the number of Message records that can exist in OfficeHaven and it may be useful to keep old messages around as a record of any trouble shooting issues.

- Click the ‘Messages’ tab.
- To remove a Message from appearing you can either delete it or click the Fully Inform button.
- To ensure a Message reappears on all computers, click the Fully Uninform button.
- Click Update to save any changes.
